Eleanor Fraser

I am a UK-trained physiotherapist currently working in Australia as a musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist. I hold a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and have experience in private practice and neurological rehabilitation. My clinical approach is friendly, approachable, and patient-centred, focusing on building rapport, understanding individual goals, and developing tailored treatment plans. I use an evidence-based approach, combining education, hands-on treatment and progressive exercise to help patients manage pain, improve function and achieve long-term results. I also hold additional qualifications in Pilates, acupuncture, dry needling and sports massage, which complement my clinical practice. I am adaptable, proactive and passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy.
