Most paramedics work across two or three pools: state EBA casual, event casual, mine-site FIFO package, aeromedical retrieval. Sessional logs hourly, packaged roster, and per-event rates side by side so your tax reserve and super contributions reflect the full income.
Intensive Care Paramedic, Critical Care Paramedic, and MICA endorsements are granted by state ambulance services, not AHPRA, and do not always port between states.
